I’m a

DEVELOPER

&

DESIGNER

exploring spatial media

I'm a seasoned AR/VR developer with a background in visual arts and a passion for exploring immersive media.

I collaborate with creative agencies, artists, and institutions contributing to a wide range of AR applications, VR exhibitions, and experiential installations.

ABOUT

  • I'm fully engaged in projects from inception to execution, managing everything from scripting, visual development and optimization to designing for spatial experiences and interactions.

Over the past six years honing my expertise in Unity, I've sought projects experimental in nature with an emphasis on R&D that allows me to rapidly prototype immersive concepts.

  • From wireframes to polished layouts, I prioritize usability and a clean design aesthetic to enhance user experiences.

Beyond my experience designing and implementing 2D user flows, I’m especially interested in spatial interfaces and gestural interactions that explore how we connect with an immersive medium.

  • As a Technical Artist, I’m experienced in all aspects of look development from 2D and 3D asset creation to dynamic lighting, environment design and shader development.

In addition to GLSL and HLSL shaders, I’m well versed in Unity’s Shader Graph to match a visual target and displace vertices.

  • I have a strong background in studio art and over 10 years experience working within the art field as an Artist’s Assistant and with various museums and galleries.

I leverage this skillset as a developer, bringing in elements of illustration, animation, drawing/painting and story boarding into immersive projects.

IMMERSIVE

Featured AR and VR projects ranging from personal experiments, concept art, and prototypes to published collaborations with e-commerce clients and museums.

EXPERIENTIAL

Featured projects designed for physical installations and live interactions.

ILLUMINARIUM

Working with the LAB at Rockwell Group, Shibuya was created as the showcase exhibition for a newly designed immersive projection space in Atlanta, Georgia.

Throughout the visit, users experience a time lapse of the Tokyo district from early evening, through twilight and into the night.

OBSCURA

As an exploration of physical computing, light projection, and acoustic feedback, Obscura allowed users to alter the sculpture’s states and influence the surrounding environment.

Up to three participants could interact with the sculpture to create a collaborative light installation.

CERTAINTY OF THE FLESH

Wang Shui’s "Certainty of the Flesh" was shown at the Haus der Kunst and inspired by Octavia E. Butler's science fiction series "Xenogenesis."

As a look developer, I worked closely with Wang Shui and Brandon Roots to craft a visually cohesive aesthetic that seamlessly blended multiple characters’ bodies and movements within one figure.

SOCIAL

A collection of client based social filters developed in Spark AR Studio featuring internal R&D, collaborations with museums and galleries, and event branding campaigns.
